Event Description

Join us for Discover Agriculture on the Farm on Sunday, September 14 from 10 am to 2 pm at the Bruce D. Campbell Farm & Food Discovery Centre. This free, one-day open house offers visitors a chance to explore the vibrant and innovative world of Manitoba agriculture. Meet local farmers, see farm animals up close including broiler chickens, dairy cows, laying hens, and pigs. There will be free food samples (while supplies last), fun activities, and prizes to take home.

Bring the whole family to learn more about the connection between where your food comes from and the farmers who produce it with care. Find us at the @University of Manitoba Glenlea Research Station, just 15 minutes south of Winnipeg on Highway 75 (1290 Research Station Road, Glenlea, MB).
