If you don’t have a Winnipeg public library card you can sign up for a temporary card to access online services like Overdrive, Canopy, and Hoopla. Membership to Winnipeg Public Library is free and is for residents of Winnipeg only. If you live in Winnipeg, please complete the form below to receive a temporary membership.
